Getting Your Order

We call to confirm ORDERS and START DELIVERY process SAME DAY if we confirm the order before 3PM. 99% of orders confirmed before 3PM are processed for DELIVERY INSTANTLY. Delivery Location & Charges

We deliver to ANYWHERE in the whole world. Orders above N8000 qualify for FREE DELIVERY within Nigeria. We pride ourselves at delivering timely to your door step by partnering with multiple logistics company which include and not limited to DHL Nigeria. Our Logistics partners harness the power of their network to deliver on time and in perfect condition.

International Orders

Although we deliver to any address worldwide, the customer will bear all shipping charges which they will see before completing the payment for the order. No FREE DELIVERY whatsoever on any international orders. The only shipping charges you will pay, however, is the charges seen on our website. There will be no additional custom duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds

We want to satisfy all our customers, please do try to treat us fairly too. If you received a defective or different order, please do not tamper with the products as that would void the return & refund warranty. Kindly contact us with the ORDER ID using any of our contact method. We will ask our courier to pick up from you.

Item Missing or Defective

If there is a MISSING ITEM or MISTAKE with your order. If what you received is not what we posted or DEFECTIVE. Please contact customer service immediately. Iyons Fashion Parlour must be notified of any defective item within 3 business days of receiving your order. You can open a livechat, chat on whatsapp, send an email or give us call.

Payment Methods

We use multiple payment methods for online and offline payments to seamlessly accept payment for orders. You can either use any of our secured online payment methods using your credit/debit (ATM) cards, deposit/transfer to our bank account, Western Union, Payoneer or cheques. Please note that we clear payment before processing delivery.

You are not required to have an account with us to be able to order from us. However, its better to register an account to make ordering as well as returns easier. In addition, you’ll have access to all previous orders and your own Wishlist to save any favorite to. Above all, we have special offers for registered customers.

Coupons & Gift Cards

Coupon codes and/or GIFT VOUCHER can be apply at checkout to serve as payment option. You can purchase GIFT VOUCHER for yourself or loved ones such that they can use it to buy any item they want from us. Best of all, they do not need to spend the voucher once. It can be spent gradually or added to higher order amount.
